Privacy Policy

Local-first privacy for the Rx family

Privacy principles that apply across System Rx, Cleaner Rx, Cyber Rx, Connectivty Rx, and Vcode Rx.

Across all five apps, the main principle is local-first use. Device information, diagnostic findings, storage review results, privacy insights, connectivity checks, and scan results are designed to stay on the user's device unless the user explicitly chooses to export, save, or share a report or file.

The Rx website and app family were created and designed by Ameen Marashi, MD.

Local-First Diagnostics

This privacy policy applies to the full Rx software family: System Rx, Cleaner Rx, Cyber Rx, Connectivty Rx, and Vcode Rx.

Across all five apps, the core principle is local-first use. Device information, diagnostic findings, storage review results, privacy insights, connectivity checks, and barcode scan results are designed to stay on the user's device unless the user explicitly chooses to export, save, or share a report or file.

Policy Summary
1

No background offloading of app findings

The Rx apps are presented as local diagnostic and utility tools. Hardware readings, storage scans, privacy findings, connectivity results, and scan history are intended to be computed and displayed locally rather than sent to external servers as app telemetry.

2

Reports and exports remain under user control

If an Rx app lets you generate a PDF report, export a file, or save a document, that output remains under your control and is stored locally or in your own cloud storage only if you choose that destination.

3

No advertising-first data handling

The Rx software family is positioned around diagnostics and utility workflows, not advertising profiles. The intended privacy posture is to use the minimum data necessary to deliver each app's function and avoid unnecessary third-party tracking behavior.

4

Permissions are tied to the feature you use

If an app needs access to the camera, photos, files, or network-related diagnostics, that access is meant to support the feature you explicitly use in that app. The policy for the Rx family is to avoid collecting unrelated data that is not necessary for the requested function.
